Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched from the UK within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days — Free on all orders over £25, otherwise £3.99.
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days — £5.99.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy.
How to Return an Item
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@liverpoolmugs.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund straight away.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
