What printing method do you use?
We use premium DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology, which produces vibrant, full-colour designs that are durable and long-lasting. The prints won’t crack, peel, or fade with normal use and washing.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes! All our mugs are dishwasher safe. However, for the longest-lasting prints, we recommend hand washing when possible.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. For more details, please see our Delivery & Returns page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re looking into international shipping options and hope to offer this in the future.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
